Founded in 2026, Jekyll and Hyde was born from a simple belief: great dining should deliver more than food—it should create a full experience. The concept first sparked in 2023 during late-night conversations about contrasts in flavor—a pinch of creative ideas, a little magical dust, and a dream began to take shape.
By 2025, the build-out was underway, turning that dream into a tangible space.
Bright and bold Mexican dishes awaken one side, while rich, deeply indulgent steaks embody the other’s alter ego. Rather than following a single path, both worlds coexist as culinary alter egos, each with its own spirit, rhythm, and essence.
